The Peter’s Pence Collection supports the charitable works of our Holy Father, Pope Francis, the successor of St. Peter, as he responds to some of the most urgent needs of people throughout the world, including relief to victims of natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods. Peter’s Pence also helps our Holy Father support seminaries and religious houses, orphanages, AIDS treatment centers, and other medical facilities in developing nations, as well as many other charitable works. This year’s collection will be taken up on the weekend of June 29th and 30th.
